What is this

A woman in a wide-brimmed hat stands motionless in a dark, smoky environment as a blue lightning bolt graphic pulses on her shoulder, with the text "BE ELECTRIC STUDIOS" overlaid. The scene remains static throughout the loop, with only the subtle flicker of the lightning bolt and the faint movement of smoke.
