Who)

A shirtless man with a beard and tattoos stands in a blue-lit, underwater environment, looking upward as if submerged, while another man in a white coat tends to a woman lying on a gurney in a dimly lit room. The scene cuts between the man underwater, the woman on the gurney, and a medical team in a sterile, green-lit room, suggesting a medical procedure or experiment.
