Doctor Freeman?

A man in a blue uniform walks toward a group of three people in similar uniforms, stopping to hold a black and white cat with glasses. The cat, held by the man, looks around as the group stands together in front of a wooden building with a white picket fence. The man with the cat looks at the others, who react with expressions of surprise and concern.
