arrest

A child in a yellow raincoat kneels at a storm drain in a rain-soaked street, reaching into the rushing water, then pulls their hand back as the water flows. The scene cuts to a man in a winter coat being escorted by soldiers in green uniforms outside a building, with one soldier's sleeve displaying a patch with the word "НАЗА".
