A female maid in a frilly uniform stands in a hallway, her back to the camera, as a male character in a white uniform with green trim reacts with distress, clutching his head and then falling to his knees. The scene cuts between a close-up of the maid's back, showing her blush and the outline of her breasts, and the male character's pained expression, before returning to a wider shot of the hallway where the maid turns to face him.
