Chill out

A window with horizontal blinds is shown, with sunlight filtering through and creating shifting patterns of light and shadow across the blinds as the scene progresses. The view outside the window includes bare tree branches against a pale sky. The scene then cuts to a medical device, a water bath, with a digital display showing a temperature of 42 degrees Celsius, and a tube with a dark liquid is submerged in the water. The device is on a table next to a box of clear plastic cups.
