A man in a cream sweater sits in a black armchair, speaking and gesturing with his hands, while a graphic overlay with Ukrainian text appears at the bottom of the screen. The scene then cuts to three men outside a building, where a man in a brown coat grabs the collar of a man in a black jacket, pushing him against a wall as a third man stands behind them.
