A man in a dark suit and red tie speaks emphatically while holding a white pen, then the scene cuts to a man and a woman seated at a desk in a studio, where the man speaks and the woman listens with a serious expression, before cutting back to the first man speaking. The setting is a television news studio with a wooden backdrop and a blue graphic screen, with a "LIVE" indicator and a news ticker at the bottom of the screen.
