Squidward is encased in ice, his leg trapped in a golden, ice-covered leg brace, as he screams in distress while standing on a pink tiled floor. The scene alternates with close-ups of his terrified face and his leg, before revealing SpongeBob holding a similar leg brace, standing beside a bed covered in ice and pillows.
