Why?

A girl with long brown hair, seen from behind, reaches up to a wall-mounted light fixture, then turns to face the camera with a determined expression, her body glowing with blue light particles that emanate from her skin and hair. The scene takes place indoors, in a room with light-colored walls and a window with vertical blinds.
