So what's up, folks

A large man in a blue uniform and red neckerchief stands inside a vehicle, gesturing with both hands toward another character, then turns and walks away. The scene cuts to a small green and red train suspended by a cable from a large mechanical arm, swinging through a cloudy sky. The train is shown from various angles as it swings, with a brief shot of a dark, stormy sky with lightning. The setting is a nighttime interior of a vehicle, followed by an outdoor sky with clouds.
