A hit, another hit

A man in a black t-shirt and jeans walks toward another man in a striped shirt and khakis, who is holding a plastic bag, and then trips and falls backward onto the pavement. The man in the striped shirt walks away, then turns back and walks over the fallen man, who remains on the ground. The scene takes place outdoors on a sunny day, in front of a building with a yellow wall and a sign that reads "LOW PRICES RED SPECIALS!".
