A man in a hooded jacket stands in the foreground as a group of men in winter clothing and a police car are visible in the background; the scene shifts to show the man being grabbed and restrained by others, including a man in a black jacket, while a police officer in riot gear moves into the frame, and the group is surrounded by other individuals in a wet, industrial outdoor setting.
