Forever young

A man with a shaved head and a black suit leans through a shattered car windshield, screaming with his mouth wide open, while a large, cylindrical object with a glowing red light is positioned in front of him inside the vehicle. The scene is set at night, viewed from outside the car, with the man's face and upper body visible through the broken glass.
