In a rainy, dark street, a tall, robed figure with a staff confronts a smaller, hunched figure holding a bag, while a third, similarly robed figure stands nearby; the tall figure raises the staff threateningly, then lowers it and leans forward, while the small figure crouches and the third figure remains still, all under a green-tinged sky with rain falling.
