Where's Bakhtin?

A man in a long coat stands in a large, dimly lit industrial space, facing a group of uniformed individuals, while another man with glasses and a dark coat asks, "Where is Bakhtin?". The scene cuts to a black and white sketch of a man's face with Russian text appearing line by line, stating that nothing final has happened in the world, the last word has not been said, the world is open and free, and everything is still ahead.
