Pie in the face

A young child wearing a headband with a cartoon face cutout reacts with a wide-open mouth and squinted eyes as an adult's hand repeatedly turns a yellow crank on a toy, causing a purple flower-shaped plunger to move up and down, sometimes splashing white foam onto the table. The child is positioned behind the toy on a wooden table in front of a bed.
