A man in a white shirt performs a forward roll across a blue mat in a gym with a yellow and red circular mat, while other people in the background practice martial arts. The camera follows the man as he rolls, then cuts to another man in a black shirt rolling on a blue mat, with the camera moving rapidly and blurring the background.
