An elderly woman with large glasses and curly hair appears at a window, smiling and gesturing with a clenched fist, then later holds up a ring while a boy stands at the door, before the woman's face transforms into a monstrous, wide-mouthed expression. The scene shifts to a kitchen where a boy with a normal face stands beside a man with a grotesque, screaming face, then returns to the boy at the door as the woman's face changes into a pair of eyes and a mouth on the window.
