A neon sign in red and purple lights displays text in a non-Latin script against a dark background, with the camera panning across the sign. The scene transitions to a different neon display featuring a green outline of a creature, possibly a dragon, with a blue laser beam extending from its mouth, while a red neon line forms a wavy shape in the background.
