A man in a welding helmet and protective jacket stands beside a chain-link fence, holding a welding torch. He lowers the helmet, turns his back to the camera, and then raises the helmet again, creating a burst of sparks as he begins welding the fence. The scene takes place outdoors next to a brick wall.
