The small irregularities are washed off with a rubber sponge. After that, the dishes head to the first firing.

The painted plates are firstly dipped into the hot paraffin, and then into the glaze.

The cobalt oxide solution is actually gray. It turns cobalt blue only after firing.

The artisan painter accurately draws the pattern with a squirrel brush.

Porcelain gradually solidifies and excess moisture is absorbed into the plaster mold

Checking for defects: each product is dipped in a pink solution of magenta.

Each product is being stamped at the bottom.
 Painting is done manually. The key to success is to do it thoroughly and without any rush.

Then casts are filled with the liquid porcelain mass.
