Bad day

A large plume of white smoke or steam erupts from a concrete support pillar beneath an elevated highway, spreading across the road and partially obscuring traffic. Vehicles, including a yellow taxi, are stopped in a congested lane as the smoke billows upward and drifts across the scene.
