90's New York

A yellow taxi drives away from the camera on a city street, followed by a close-up of a taxi's illuminated "OFF DUTY" sign, then a driver in a yellow taxi with the sign reading "OFF DUTY 2H12", then a line of yellow taxis driving down a street, and finally a wide shot of a busy city street with many yellow taxis and pedestrians. The scene is set on a sunny day in a dense urban environment with tall buildings.
