Officer Hops

A man in a dark uniform runs toward a parked car, opens the door, and attempts to enter, but he stumbles and falls onto the pavement. Another man in a similar uniform runs to his aid and tackles him to the ground, pinning him down as the first man gets back up and runs away from the car. The scene takes place on a paved area next to a brick building and a grassy park with trees and benches.
